We will collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number, the same information that you voluntarily gave to us when you chose to participate in the CTeL Digital Health Summit 2020. You are under no obligation to provide us with any additional personal information of any kind.  Your refusal to do so, however, may prevent you from attending and participating in the Digital Health Summit.  CTeL will utilize such information only to communicate directly with you on telehealth-related policies, and other CTeL telehealth information, including future CTeL conferences.   We will not share your information with any third party, for any reason.
